My 3rd batch of chop. Learned some hard lessons this time around as I almost cut my thumb of.

Photo 1- finished chop
Photo 2- ingredients I cooked - Got a tip for adding to chop, add to raw veggies as it goes through the food processor and they mix nicely.
Photo 3 - veggies I used
Photo 4 - another photo of veggies used

Photo 1 - pumpkin seed, just washed and added
Photo 2 - All mixed and ready to bag

I also added some parsley.

Carrots need to be finely cut for the food processor. The blade kept coming off and that how I cut my thumb. Next time I am buying baby carrot or frozen carrots.

I am also going to buy some coconut oil to keep the pasta from sticking.
