In mine, I used chilies, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwbirds.co.za\/dir\/can-birds-eat-cashews\/\">nuts<\/a>, pumpkin seeds, muesli, carrots, cabbage, naartjie, sesame seeds, green <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwbirds.co.za\/dir\/can-birds-eat-mung-beans\/\">beans<\/a>, strawberry, and pomegranate. This steam is very good for parrots and their skin. (Especially in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwbirds.co.za\/dir\/feeding-parrots-in-winter\/\">winter<\/a> when they do not bathe.)
