It is a woody perennial plant that grows 20 to 80 cm long. Six subspecies and some cultivars are available. Oregano is native to the Mediterranean region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nutritional-value-of-oregano-for-birds\">Nutritional value of oregano for birds:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Antioxidant, Anti-inflammatory<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Feeding to birds:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oregano can be given as a tea, or if used topically blended in an oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General discussion:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oregano in the diet of your birds is a good idea.
