The petals are creamy-white with purple veins, and the stamens are yellow. A pungent, leafy green vegetable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nutritional Value:<br>Rich in calcium, Vitamins K, A, and C, and potassium. Contains phytochemicals, fiber, and chlorophyll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feeding:<br>Raw or boiled. But raw is much better because cooking will drastically reduce nutrients. Add to chop.
