Thornpark East London birding – Trip report

This is of course not a complete list of birds. It is just a guide to what you can find at Thorn Park in East London. Thornpark is my favorite holiday destination. It is about 10 km out of East London on the Sutterheim road and close to one of our subscribers, Lindale Farm, owned by Terry and Robyn Bush. There is a good gravel road that can be followed and take you all the way to Gonubie. But please be careful when it rains as it can become flooded. The road leads past a game farm where many raptors can be seen.
